Movement, Strength and Confidence

Carl takes a holistic and human-centred approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical conditioning but also on confidence, body awareness, and overall well-being. His classes combine cardiovascular work, functional movement, flexibility, and mindful elements, always adapted to individual needs.

With extensive experience and a strong emphasis on trust and inclusivity, Carl supports participants in building sustainable habits, progressing safely, and feeling more at ease in their bodies. His goal is to create a space where people feel supported, capable, and motivated to take care of their health over the long term.

 

FLAVIE FAUDE

Body awareness, movement and sustainable well-being

Driven by a genuine interest in well-being and the small improvements that make a difference in everyday life, Flavie offers an accessible and down-to-earth approach rooted in compassion and respect for the body and mind.

 

Through conscious movement practices and yoga, she guides people gently towards greater body awareness, helping them build self-confidence, listen to their sensations, and reconnect with their own capabilities.

 

Flavie supports individuals in developing sustainable habits and a more peaceful relationship with themselves, fostering a balanced and holistic sense of well-being that supports everyday
