Our workouts are a balance between body toning, core muscle strengthening and cardio.

 

Sunday detox is light aerobic, core strength and full body stretch. We also enjoy energizing relaxation to finish.

 

On Wednesday it's progressive / adaptive. This means we start at low intensity and progress the intensity gradually. Participants stay at the level most comfortable for them. There is the option of going hard, but only if you want to.

 

Functional movements are integrated into all workouts. These are exercises that boost strength and mobility in day to day life. It is so important to think ahead, prevent injures and be active throughout a long life.
